Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 48 business hours after the order is placed. In some situations, that timeframe might be longer (item being freshly made, item not yet restocked, etc). If an item is delayed in shipping or local delivery, we will send a notification to the email on the order.

Orders are shipped Monday-Thursday only via UPS or USPS (depending on geographical location). Orders are shipped from our North Las Vegas warehouse and typically reach its destination within 2-5 after shipment.

Delivery

Local Las Vegas valley delivery is avaialble for an extra fee. Deliveries are typically same day if order is placed before 12pm PST. Some delivery orders could take up to 24 hours, depending on the time and day of the order. Delivery is available Sunday – Friday only (No Saturday Delivery). 

Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

PLEASE NOTE: Business days typically do not include weekends or holidays. Some carriers deliver on Saturday and Sunday, however that is at the discretion of the delivery service as we do not offer weekend delivery.

We can only ship in the continental USA, lower 48 states only.
