Shipping & Returns

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchased products. If you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, please reach out to us. We will do what we can to make it right. Unfortunately,
consumable items cannot be returned due to health code regulations. Please reach out to
returns@balence.co with your website order number and reason for requesting a return. We will
review each return request and provide an RMA number so the item can be returned. Please do
not send product back without an RMA number, as it will not be processed without the RMA
number.


Items eligible for return need to be at least 80% intact and returned in their original packaging
with a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 31 days after the date we shipped
your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.


If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct
item at no additional cost. Our apologies, but all items purchased from a retail shop, farmers'
market or event must be returned to our Las Vegas headquarters. Conversely, all items purchased
online or by phone must be returned by contacting returns@balence.co so you can be issued an
RMA number.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days after approval.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item. If you
need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@balence.co and send your
item to: balance Returns @ PO Box 750087, Las Vegas, NV 89136.

Shipping

Purchases are shipped via FedEx (2-5 day transit time) from our North Las Vegas
distribution center. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after the order date. 

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: balance Returns @ PO Box 750087,
Las Vegas, NV 89136. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return
shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take
for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you
should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t
guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
